The licence, and the ownership muddle behind it

The official Curaçao Gaming Authority register, snapshot 26 June 2026, carries this row verbatim: OGL/2023/176/0095, Hollycorn N.V., B2C, 144359, December 24 2025, N/A, Indefinite. Active, no expiry — the same clean standing as RocketPlay's licensee.

Ownership is where it gets untidy. Most sources name Hollycorn N.V. of Curaçao, registration 144359. Others name Metlait SRL, a Costa Rican company, registration 3-102-911867. Both claims are alive in 2026 sources. The likeliest explanation is a split between the licence holder and a payment entity, but that is our reading, not a fact, and we mark it unconfirmed.

One check does help. The name Metlait does not appear anywhere in the Curaçao register — we searched it on 27 July 2026. So the Metlait and Tobique thread belongs to a different jurisdiction entirely, not to Curaçao. Two further licence claims float around this brand and should not be repeated as fact: a Tobique Gaming Commission number 0000064 attributed to Metlait SRL, and a legacy Antillephone number 8048/JAZ2019-015. Both are unconfirmed.

And the same caveat as everywhere in this codex: the register lists companies, not brands. The link between the name Neospin and Hollycorn N.V. is claimed by operator and review sources, not proven by the register.

The New Zealand side

Neospin runs its own New Zealand locale at www.neospin.com/en-NZ/, headed «Best Online Casino New Zealand», which we confirmed on 27 July 2026. As with RocketPlay, that is the operator's own targeting rather than an affiliate's invention.

Sources describe NZD as a core currency and e-wallet withdrawals landing inside 24 hours once identity checks are complete.
