Neospin review

Curaçao OGL/2023/176/0095 — B2C, listed Active / Indefinite in the official Curaçao Gaming Authority register (snapshot 26-06-2026) · NZD described as a core currency by sources — unconfirmed first-hand · R18

Scribe's note — these are real offshore casinos, and this is exactly how far our checking went. Every licence number on these pages was read out of the official Curaçao Gaming Authority licence register, snapshot 26 June 2026, and each one is listed there as active and indefinite. What that register cannot show is the brand: it lists companies, not casinos, so the link between a name here and the licensee behind it comes from the operators' and reviewers' own claims — claimed, not proven. We have not deposited at any of them, not timed a withdrawal and not written to a support desk, and two of the three sites answered our requests with a block rather than a page. That is why no score, no welcome figure and no payout time is printed anywhere below.

Neospin is the second charter in this codex and the one with the clearest split between good paperwork and awkward reading. The licence checks out — OGL/2023/176/0095, Hollycorn N.V., active and indefinite in the official Curaçao register — and the provider list names Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play, which is what this register needs. Against that: ownership is reported inconsistently, casino.guru judges some of its terms unfair, and AskGamblers carries a public complaint about winnings not being paid and an account then being blocked. One case is one case, and we have not assessed its severity ourselves. We are telling you about it anyway, because a codex that only prints the flattering half is not a codex.

The licence, and the ownership muddle behind it

The official Curaçao Gaming Authority register, snapshot 26 June 2026, carries this row verbatim: OGL/2023/176/0095, Hollycorn N.V., B2C, 144359, December 24 2025, N/A, Indefinite. Active, no expiry — the same clean standing as RocketPlay's licensee.

Ownership is where it gets untidy. Most sources name Hollycorn N.V. of Curaçao, registration 144359. Others name Metlait SRL, a Costa Rican company, registration 3-102-911867. Both claims are alive in 2026 sources. The likeliest explanation is a split between the licence holder and a payment entity, but that is our reading, not a fact, and we mark it unconfirmed.

One check does help. The name Metlait does not appear anywhere in the Curaçao register — we searched it on 27 July 2026. So the Metlait and Tobique thread belongs to a different jurisdiction entirely, not to Curaçao. Two further licence claims float around this brand and should not be repeated as fact: a Tobique Gaming Commission number 0000064 attributed to Metlait SRL, and a legacy Antillephone number 8048/JAZ2019-015. Both are unconfirmed.

And the same caveat as everywhere in this codex: the register lists companies, not brands. The link between the name Neospin and Hollycorn N.V. is claimed by operator and review sources, not proven by the register.

The New Zealand side

Neospin runs its own New Zealand locale at www.neospin.com/en-NZ/, headed «Best Online Casino New Zealand», which we confirmed on 27 July 2026. As with RocketPlay, that is the operator's own targeting rather than an affiliate's invention.

Sources describe NZD as a core currency and e-wallet withdrawals landing inside 24 hours once identity checks are complete. We could not confirm either first-hand, so the currency row is marked unconfirmed and the withdrawal row says plainly that we have not timed it. A payout speed becomes a fact on this page the day we withdraw our own coin, and not before.

The stable, and the family it belongs to

The lobby runs to 3,000-plus pokies, and the provider lists name Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play explicitly, along with NetEnt, Playtech and BGaming. For this register that is the right shape: the two studios that matter most for knight slots are both present.

Worth knowing before you go shopping for alternatives: SkyCrown and 11Croco are sister brands from the same group. If you open accounts at all three thinking you have spread your risk across three operators, you have not. It is one operator wearing three signs.

The complaint, stated plainly

casino.guru gives Neospin a Safety Index of 7.3, described as Above average, and reports the brand is not on any significant blacklist. It also judges some terms-and-conditions clauses unfair. That combination — clean blacklist record, questionable small print — is common and it is exactly the sort of thing a bonus offer can turn expensive.

AskGamblers carries a public complaint titled: the winnings were not paid out, then the account was blocked. It is a single public case and we have not assessed its severity, investigated the player's side, or spoken to the operator. We are not calling this house a scam on the strength of one thread. We are also not leaving it out, because if it happened to you, you would want to have read it here first.

The practical lesson is dull and it works: complete identity verification before you have anything to withdraw, keep to the same payment method in and out, and read the bonus terms before you accept, not after you win.

Doorway domains

neospin.nz, neospin.co.nz, neospin.app and neo-spins.org are not the operator. The operator domain is neospin.com. On a market this heavily farmed by expired-domain networks, the domain in the address bar is the first thing to check and the easiest thing to get wrong.

Where the rules are heading

The Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 has commenced and is in force and the regulations have been released; the Department of Internal Affairs states implementation is phased and not expected to be fully operational until 2027, and that the licensing process is being launched. We read that on dia.govt.nz on 27 July 2026.

Reported by industry and legal sources but not confirmed on the DIA page: the Act in force from 1 May 2026 and applying to any operator enabling a New Zealand-based person to gamble wherever it is incorporated; expressions of interest opened 17 July 2026 with submissions by 14 August 2026; an auction around September 2026; roughly 15 brand-specific licences on three-year terms; and from 1 December 2026, only licensed operators permitted to offer and advertise to New Zealand residents.

Hollycorn N.V. is one of the two names in this codex large enough to plausibly bid in that auction. That is worth noting and it is not a prediction. Neospin holds no New Zealand licence today, because no operator does.

What the house does well, and where it does not

  • Licence status in register: Active, Indefinite — Curaçao Gaming Authority snapshot 26-06-2026
  • Catalogue: 3,000+ pokies; Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play both named, plus NetEnt, Playtech, BGaming
  • Licence number, licensee and register snapshot date printed in full so you can check the row yourself

Against it

Withdraw to the method you deposited from; a mismatch is the commonest cause of a slow payout. The rails above are the ones a house of this kind normally carries; this house's own list was never confirmed on its cashier, so treat the row above as typical rather than as this casino's published list.

Questions about Neospin

Is Neospin available in New Zealand?
Yes — it accepts New Zealand players. Play is restricted to those 18 and over.
What is the welcome offer?
No figure is printed here, because none was ever confirmed on the operator's own terms page. Review sites quote numbers for this house; they go stale inside a week and we could not verify them. See the current offer on site, wagering line first.
What is the minimum deposit?
Not recorded. It was never confirmed on the operator's own cashier, so no figure is printed here.
How fast are withdrawals?
Not timed by us — not timed by us — sources report e-wallet payouts inside 24 hours after identity checks, unconfirmed. We put a payout speed on a page only after we have withdrawn and timed it ourselves, so treat any figure quoted elsewhere as a claim, not a measurement.
Which licence does it hold?
Curaçao OGL/2023/176/0095 — B2C, listed Active / Indefinite in the official Curaçao Gaming Authority register (snapshot 26-06-2026). That row was read out of the official register itself; what the register cannot confirm is that this brand belongs to that licensee, which is claimed by the operator and by review sources rather than proven.
Are the knight slots the same games as in your register?
The titles are the same; the RTP setting may not be. Many slots ship in several certified settings and the casino chooses one — check the game's info panel before your first spin.
Do you earn from this review?
Yes. The buttons marked as partner links pay us a commission if you open an account. It does not buy a word of what is written above, and the register's figures come from the workshops.

Whatever you decide, decide the number first. A welcome offer is a reason to play a house, never a reason to play more than you meant to.
