The Green Knight is Play'n GO's original 2021 telling of the legend — a 94.25% RTP, HIGH volatility and a 10,000x ceiling, the most modest of the three but the one with the deepest woods. Shield Wilds that carry their own multiplier are the headline act. The shots below are my own demo run at a 1.00 bet.

he oldest of the trio wears it well: a genuinely dark, mossy forest, an armoured knight-helm charge glowing green at the centre of the reels, and painted courtiers — a lady in violet, a mounted rider, a battle-axe charge — alongside hexagon-cut royals.
The x2/x5/x10/x25/x100 ladder rides the top of the frame here too, same house style as its two younger stablemates, and a small in-play paytable card ('x5 2.00 / x4 0.40 / x3 0.20') popped into the corner during my session — a rare direct look at real symbol pays without opening a menu.

10,000x is the smallest ceiling of the three Green Knight titles I've covered, and the 94.25% RTP sits between its two stablemates — a mid-pack profile for the family's founding game.
A genuine symbol-pay card surfaced mid-session: x5 paying 2.00, x4 paying 0.40 and x3 paying 0.20 for the axe charge, at my 1.00 bet — the clearest per-symbol figures I've caught across all three Green Knight games.
Later, on spin 11, a 'Shields are Wild!' banner lit an X2 shield charge across the reel, and by spin 12 two X2 shield Wilds together resolved into a WIN: 4.98. The balance closed the run up, from 25,000.00 to 25,009.10.
'Shields are Wild!' is the game's own banner for its Wild event: shield charges turn wild and can carry a multiplier tag, X2 in the case I watched. The pool sheet backs this with Additional Free Spins, Free Spins, a Free Spins Multiplier, Random multiplier and Sticky Wilds.
My 14-spin sample didn't trigger the free-spins round itself, but it did land the Shield-Wild event twice, including the double-X2 combination that paid 4.98 — a good sign the mechanic isn't rare.
The most eventful of the three sessions for me personally: a real symbol-pay card, a Shield-Wild banner event, and a confirmed 4.98 win, all inside 14 spins. HIGH volatility usually means longer dry patches in practice, so I wouldn't extrapolate this pace to a full session.
The deep, shadowed forest art is the standout — it feels older and moodier than its two brighter stablemates, in a good way.
For players who want the founding Green Knight game with the moodiest art of the trio, real Shield-Wild multiplier events, and a more modest but still meaningful 10,000x ceiling.
